This spring, I am part of a four-member ensemble that will perform The Two Noble Kinsmen at Mary Baldwin University. In this production, I take on a minimum of 5 different roles including the Jailer's Daughter and Hippolyta.

William Shakespeare and John Fletcher's The Two Noble Kinsmen is an adaptation of Chaucer's Knight's Tale. The two kinsmen, Palamon and Arcite, are captured while fighting for Thebes against Athens. While imprisoned, the two cousins' professed friendship comes under pressure when both men fall in love with Emilia.

The Two Noble Kinsmen performs at the Kettle in Staunton, VA on Friday, April 28, 2017 at 8 pm.

February 15 through 19, 2017

This February, I will play The Maid in Mary Baldwin University's production of Federico Garcia Lorca's Blood Wedding (translated by Caridad Svich). A story of forbidden love, lust, and revenge, Blood Wedding depicts the haunting tale of a young woman who must choose between her family and community, or her own heart’s desire. Based on a true story, Lorca’s tragedy beautifully portrays the dangers of societal expectations and explores the perils of love and loss in a rural village in Spain.

Performances are February 15-18 at 7:30 and February 19 at 2:00 at Fletcher Collins Theatre.
